Vickys Chicken & Bacon Casserole, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 5 / 190C / 375F
  2. Heat the oil in a casserole dish on the stove top and brown off the chicken cubes
  3. Add in the onions, bacon, mushrooms & garlic and continue to fry off for 5 minutes
  4. Pour the gravy over, put the lid on the casserole dish and put in the oven for 40 minutes
  5. Serve with potatoes and seasonal vegetables
