Caesar Chicken Bake
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- 1 lb. baking potatoes (about 2), coarsely chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
- 1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.
- Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Combine potatoes, onions, bacon and 1/4 cup dressing; spoon around chicken.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until chicken is done (165F).
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, cheese and remaining dressing.
- Spoon tomato mixture over chicken.
- Bake 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
