Auntie's Tomato Salsa Recipe
- 1 can (1 lb, 12 ounce) whole tomatoes, including liquid
- 1 lrg Fresh tomato, peeled
- 1 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1/4 c. Minced green onions
- 1/4 c. Finely minced Chinese parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry chili flakes or possibly 1 fresh green chili, chopped
- Dice tomatoes.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerateseveral hrs before serving.
- Makes about 2 c..
