Whole wheat yogurt cake
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 150 grams yogurt (of your choice)
- 120 grams whole wheat flour
- 30 grams rice flour or potato starch
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp seed oil
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp oatmeal
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp water
- In a bowl whisk together sugar and eggs then add the two types of flour (pay attention if you don't want lumps in your cake)
- Mix yogurt and baking soda then add them to the rest of the ingredients
- Pour seed oil in the bowl and stir until homogenous
- Grease a cake pan
- Mix oatmeal with maple syrup and some water then pour it at the bottom of a cake pan, spread evenly.
- Add the mix and bake at 180C for 30 minutes
- Let the cake cool down then invert it on a plate
