Jenn's Egg Salad

  1. Cut eggs in half, remove yolks.
  2. Subtract 1 whole yolk, toss it or use it for salad fixings.
  3. Chop egg whites into uniform pieces.
  4. Mash remaining yolks and fold in mayonnaise.
  5. Add vinegar to yolk and mayonnaise mixture to make dressing.
  6. In separate bowl combine all other ingredients.
  7. Carefully fold dressing into the other ingredients.
  8. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve on bread, lettuce cups, or crackers.
