Honey Pumpkin Bread Recipe

  1. Soak raisins in rum for 10 min.
  2. Mix flour, spices, honey, Large eggs and oil.
  3. Add in baking pwdr, salt, pumpkin, dates, raisins and rum in that they were soaked, nuts; mix well.
  4. Pour into 4-lb.
  5. coffee cans, greased and lightly floured.
  6. Fill cans half full.
  7. Bake one hour at 325
