Deviled Steaks

  1. Prepare gravy mix in a saucepan according to package directions.
  2. Add horseradish and mushrooms; mix well.
  3. Keep warm.
  4. Heat a large heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add steaks to skillet.
  6. Cook for 3 minutes per side for medium.
  7. Remove steaks from skillet; keep warm.
  8. Add broth to skillet.
  9. Cook, stirring to deglaze pan, for 1 minute.
  10. Pour skillet juices into saucepan; mix well.
  11. Serve steaks with gravy.
