Authentic Crab and Tomato Cream Pasta

  1. Use the broth in the canned crabmeat.
  2. Crush and mince the garlic.
  3. Fry the garlic in olive oil.
  4. When the garlic is fried, add the whole can of crabmeat and mix with the oil.
  5. Add the tomatoes, soup stock cube, marmalade, and simmer until the tomatoes have fallen apart.
  6. Boil the pasta as the sauce simmers.
  7. When the tomatoes have melted in the broth, add heavy cream.
  8. Add the cooked pasta, mix together swiftly and it's done.
