Shrimp & Mushroom Chowder Recipe

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms and onions in butter for 2 min.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Continue cooking for 1 minute to make roux.
  4. Slowly stir in broth, add in wine.
  5. Add in remaining ingredients, mix slowly till thickened.
  6. Add in shrimp.
  7. Stir in cream just before serving.
