Plum Liqueur Recipe

  1. Put plums (need not be pitted) in glass jar with cloves, sugar, cinnamon and vodka.
  2. Be sure vodka covers plums.
  3. Don't close lid tight.
  4. Steep 3 months, stirring once in awhile.
  5. Drain.
  6. Serve chilled.
  7. You can use more plums if you have plenty.
