Meatballs Libanaise

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and refrigerate until chilled.
  3. (Chilling the meat makes it much easier to form into meatballs.

  5. Shape into 18 meatballs and arrange on a parchment lined (not foiled lined or the meatballs will stick-trust me!

  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until browned and no longer pink inside.
  8. Serve with your favorite yogurt dip.
