Indian Chicken Curry

  1. Heat oil in a pan, brown chicken, remove from pan.
  2. Add onion and garlic to pan, cook for 2 minutes Add combined spices and cook stirring for 1 minute.
  3. Add combined remaining ingredients and bring slowly to the boil, stirring, return chicken to pan, reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins approximately.
  4. Serve over rice.
