Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe

• 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 c. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 c. Balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp Freshly minced herbs, (basil, parsley, sage) Salt and pepper to taste

1. Whisk all ingredients together till emulsified.
