Thai Vermicelli Soup with Pork & Shrimp Meatballs

  1. Make the meatballs by mixing all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Form into 3 cm balls.
  3. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  4. Add the carrot, cabbage and meatballs.
  5. When cabbage is soft, add the salt and vermicelli.
  6. When all vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat.
  7. Serve and garnish with coriander leaves.
