Garlic Lover's Chili

  1. Brown ground beef and sausage together in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add meat to crock pot.
  4. In the same skillet add onion and green pepper.
  5. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, approximately 5 minutes.
  6. Add to crock pot.
  7. Add remaining ingredients to crock pot and stir well.
  8. Slow cook on low 5-6 hours, stirring periodically.
  9. This can also be cooked on the stove.
  10. Follow previous directions, but add to a large pot instead.
  11. Heat to boil, cover, and simmer on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
