BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwiches with Coleslaw

  1. Heat oven 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut half the onion into thin slices; place in large bowl.
  3. Add cabbages; mix lightly.
  4. Mix dressing and 2 Tbsp.
  5. barbecue sauce.
  6. Add to cabbage mixture; toss to coat.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  8. Heat oil in large skillet.
  9. Add meat; cook 5 min.
  10. or until browned on both sides, turning after 3 min.
  11. Transfer to 13x9-inch baking dish.
  12. Chop remaining onion piece; sprinkle over meat.
  13. Mix broth, 1/2 cup of the remaining barbecue sauce and garlic; pour over meat.
  14. Cover.
  15. Bake 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is done (160 degrees F).
  16. Let stand, covered, 10 min.
  17. Shred meat; place in large bowl.
  18. Add remaining barbecue sauce; toss to coat.
  19. Fill each roll with 1/2 cup meat mixture and 1/3 cup coleslaw just before serving.
