Italian Sushi
- 1 slice Proscuitto
- 1 slice Fresh Mozzarella
- 1 slice Spicy Hard Salami
- 1 slice Tomato
- 1 slice Roasted Red Pepper
- 1 Basil Leaf
- 1 dash Kosher Salt
- 1 dash Olive Oil
- Lay down slice of Prosciutto.
- Cut mozzarella, tomato, red pepper, and basil leaf into small rectangles
- Dice salami very small
- Place the mozzarella, tomato, pepper, salami and basil on one end
- Add dash of salt
- Roll up and cut in half then in half again
- Add dash of oil
- Enjoy!
