Minted Fig and Orange Salad
- 2 navel oranges
- 8 fresh figs, sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 to 3 Tbs. chopped fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Peel oranges, removing as much white pith as possible.
- Separate oranges into sections, then cut each section into 1-inch pieces.
- Place oranges and any juice that has accumulated on cutting board into large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to bowl and toss to mix.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Garnish with sprigs of mint.
