Chicken Liver Pate

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over cold broth in blender container; let stand 3 minutes.
  2. Add hot broth; cover.
  3. Blend on low speed 2 minutes or until gelatine is completely dissolved.
  4. Add chicken livers, sour cream, onion, mustard, sherry, salt and pepper; cover.
  5. Blend on high speed until blended.
  6. Pour into 4-cup mold or bowl.
  7. Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
  8. Unmold onto serving plate.
  9. Serve as a spread on crackers.
