Caprese Bouquet
- 12 whole Sweet Basil Leaves
- 12 ounces, weight Mozzarella Fresca Cilenge (mozzarella Balls)
- 12 whole Cherry Or Grape Tomatoes
- 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 12 whole Bamboo Skewers
- On each bamboo skewer, stack a basil leaf, followed by a mozzarella ball, and finally a tomato.
- Place skewers in a vase and place the vase on a decorative plate.
- Around the base of the vase drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Guests dip their caprese skewer in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and enjoy!
- Be sure to place a plate out for empty skewers.
