Drunk Chicken
- 1 pint white wine
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 cut up chicken
- 1 medium onion, cut in rings
- butter
- dusting flour
- Put basil in wine and let sit while preparing chicken.
- Brown lightly floured chicken in butter until brown.
- Add wine mixture and onions.
- Cook covered in 375* oven for 1 hour.
- Serve with white rice.
