Drunk Chicken

  1. Put basil in wine and let sit while preparing chicken.
  2. Brown lightly floured chicken in butter until brown.
  3. Add wine mixture and onions.
  4. Cook covered in 375* oven for 1 hour.
  5. Serve with white rice.
