beef curry

  1. add onions and 3/4 pint of stock and boil for ten minutes
  2. reduce down and cook for 20 minutes
  3. add all spices plus garlic and heat for 3-4 minutes.
  4. add beef and remaining stock, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. add 4 tbsp of yoghurt and stir, gradually mix in rest of yoghurt.
