beef curry
- 2 large onions
- 1 pints chicken stock
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 3 cardamom pods
- 4 peppercorns
- 4 cloves
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 3 clove garlic
- 10 oz fat free nat yoghurt
- add onions and 3/4 pint of stock and boil for ten minutes
- reduce down and cook for 20 minutes
- add all spices plus garlic and heat for 3-4 minutes.
- add beef and remaining stock, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- add 4 tbsp of yoghurt and stir, gradually mix in rest of yoghurt.
