Classic Skillet Lasagna

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, brown sausage in large skillet on medium heat; drain.
  3. Add onions; cook 3 min.
  4. or until tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese; mix well.
  6. Mix ricotta, Parmesan, water and pepper.
  7. Drain pasta; add to skillet; mix well.
  8. Top with cheese mixture; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  9. Cover; cook on low heat 3 min.
  10. or until mozzarella is melted.
