Apple Grilled Pork Chops
- 4 thick cut Pork Chops
- 1 envelope Hot Apple Cider mix (with sugar)
- 1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- Mix rub ingredients and seasoned pork chops generously.
- Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
- Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
- Grilled pork chops on the first side for about 4 or 5 minutes.
- (rotate on the grill as needed to avoid hot spots).
- Flip over on the grill and continue cooking until you have an internal temperature of 145F.
- "Be careful not to overcook".
- Remove from the grill and cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
