Sesame Noodle Bowl
- 1/2 cups Rice Vinegar
- 3 whole Green Onions, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 3 teaspoons Chili Garlic Sauce (more Or Less To Taste)
- 9 ounces, weight Chopped Cooked Chicken
- 12 ounces, weight Udon Noodles
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Sliced
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro (fresh, Chopped)
- 1/2 cups Peanuts, Crushed

- In a small bowl stir together vinegar, green onions, honey, soy sauce, ginger paste and chili garlic sauce.
- Put the chopped cooked chicken in a medium sized bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Set aside.

- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain them in a colander.
- Heat the oil in the empty noodle pot over low heat then add the noodles.

- Add chicken mixture into the noodles, stir in sliced peppers and cilantro.
- Cook for just 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Serve in bowls and top each with the peanuts.
