Southwest Pork Stew

  1. Place pork, onions, and spices in slow cooker.
  2. Add water to just barely cover ingredients.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. Turn slow cooker to high.
  5. Add chili peppers and chick peas for last 20 minutes of cooking.
  6. Serve with corn bread, biscuits, or hot dinner rolls.
