Banana Cream Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift flour and 2 T. sugar.
  3. Mix in melted butter until it forms a ball of dough.
  4. Spread in bottom of a 13x9x2" pan.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Cool.
  7. Slice bananas and lay on cool crust.
  8. In a small bowl, combine 6 T. sugar and cinnamon.
  9. Sprinkle over bananas.
  10. In a large bowl, combine vanilla pudding and milk.
  11. Mix in softened cream cheese.
  12. Pour carefully over bananas.
  13. Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture.
  14. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
