Easy Spanish Herbed Onion Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet, saute the onion in the butter for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, combine all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Add the onion, mixing just until blended.
  5. Spoon into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until golden.
  7. Cool before removing from the pan.
