Spicy Chicken With Coconut

  1. Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Heat oil or butter in large skillet and fry the onion with the chicken to brown.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. (if not using breasts it's more like 45 minutes).
  6. Serve with rice.
