Eggs Over Cheesy Meatballs

• 1/3 lb meatballs see attached recipe
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 1/2 tbsp your favorite barbecue sauce, optional
• 1 tbsp butter

1. Make and shallow fry the meatballs.
2. Fry till done.
3. Move to a plate with paper towels.
4. Then plate add cheese
5. Add I tablespoonful of butter to a pan fry one large egg and fry.
6. Cook till whites are done but yoke still runny.
7. Add barbecue sauce to meatballs, optional, and put egg on top.
8. Serve, I hope you enjoy!
