Fragrant Basil Seafood Soup Pasta
- 90 grams Pasta
- 50 grams Mixed frozen seafood
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 100 ml White wine
- 1 tbsp Genovese Sauce (Basil sauce)
- 1/2 tbsp Consomme soup stock granules
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 1 Grated cheese (Parmesan)
- 1 Salt
- Boil the pasta in salted water (not listed).
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the seafood and thinly sliced red chili pepper.
- Saute.
- Add the white wine to Step 2, bring to a boil, and evaporate the alcohol.
- Add the basil and soup stock granules, taste, and adjust the seasoning with salt.
- Drain the boiled pasta well and add to the frying pan in Step 4.
- Toss and transfer to a dish.
- Garnish generously with cheese.
