Microwaved Paper-Wrapped Steamed Salmon With Yummy Miso-Mayonnaise Sauce!

  1. If using raw salmon, sprinkle with salt.
  2. I used lightly salted salmon this time.
  3. Put the salmon filet on a piece of kitchen parchment paper.

  8. Wrap up the salmon packets and place on the edges of the microwave oven turntable.
  9. Microwave for 7 minutes at 700w.
  10. Adjust the cooking time depending on your microwave.
  11. it's best if the sauce is a bit browned!
  12. Wash the spinach and drain.
  13. Cut it up, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 and 1/2 minutes.
  14. Cook the carrots according toto make easy sweet carrots.
