Pecan Chess Tarts Recipe

• 1 c. brown sugar, packed
• 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp. melted butter
• 1 c. pecans
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 6 tart shells

1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Makes 6 tarts.
3. Use multiples for pies, etc.
