Lemon Fruit Dip

• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 (1 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
• 14 cup milk
• 4 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
• fresh fruit

1. In a bowl, whisk the sour cream, pudding mix, milk, lemon juice and peel until very well blended.
2. Serve with fruit.
