Chinese-style Cucumber and Imitation Crab in Vinegar Sauce

  1. Thinly slice the cucumber, rub with a little salt, and let rest.
  2. After they have shriveled a bit, thoroughly rinse in water, and drain thoroughly.
  3. If the crab sticks are long, cut in half and shred them up.
  4. Mix the ingredients marked with in a bowl, and add the cucumber and imitation crab.
  5. Chill in the fridge.
  6. Once the flavor has seeped in, mix from the bottom to the top, check to taste, and serve on plates.
