Chinese-style Cucumber and Imitation Crab in Vinegar Sauce
- 2 Cucumbers
- 50 grams Crabsticks
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 dash Umami seasoning
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
- 1 dash Japanese mustard (in a tube) optional
- Thinly slice the cucumber, rub with a little salt, and let rest.
- After they have shriveled a bit, thoroughly rinse in water, and drain thoroughly.
- If the crab sticks are long, cut in half and shred them up.
- Mix the ingredients marked with in a bowl, and add the cucumber and imitation crab.
- Chill in the fridge.
- Once the flavor has seeped in, mix from the bottom to the top, check to taste, and serve on plates.
