For Breakfast! Chirimenjako and Cheese on Toast
- 1 slice Sliced bread
- 2 tbsp Chirimen jako
- 1 as much (to taste) Melting type cheese
- 1 Butter or margarine
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise (optional)
- Gather the ingredients.
- Spread butter or margarine on the bread.
- Spread on a layer of mayonnaise and scatter the chirimen jako over the whole surface.
- Top with the cheese as if to hide everything.
- Toast in an oven until the cheese is a nice golden brown.
