For Breakfast! Chirimenjako and Cheese on Toast

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Spread butter or margarine on the bread.
  3. Spread on a layer of mayonnaise and scatter the chirimen jako over the whole surface.
  4. Top with the cheese as if to hide everything.
  5. Toast in an oven until the cheese is a nice golden brown.
