Spaghetti Sauce To Freezer Recipe

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in large heavy saucepan.
  2. Add in beef, breaking up with fork, add in onions and garlic.
  3. Cook till beef is brown.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 min.
  5. Refrigeratequickly by setting pan in refrigerator.
  6. Spoon into freezer containers and freeze.
  7. Label and store up to 3 months.
  8. Place frzn block of sauce into saucepan and heat slowly when ready to serve.
