Citrus Salsa

  1. Remove pith and skin from oranges, lime and grapefruit and cut in chunks.
  2. In large bowl, combine fruit, jicama and 1 teaspoon of the pepper flakes.
  3. Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  4. Adjust heat seasonings before serving.
