Citrus Salsa
- 2 oranges
- 1 lime
- 12 grapefruit
- 14 cup chopped jicama
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper flakes
- 1 mango, diced
- Remove pith and skin from oranges, lime and grapefruit and cut in chunks.
- In large bowl, combine fruit, jicama and 1 teaspoon of the pepper flakes.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Adjust heat seasonings before serving.
