Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

  1. Mix above ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Bake in a loaf pan or Bundt pan 45 minutes at 350F.
  3. Cool 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from pan and glaze with mixture of 5 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/2 cup sugar.
