Tropical Wilted Spinach Salad

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place wire cooling rack in shallow foil-lined pan; spray with cooking spray.
  3. Place 2 Tbsp.
  4. brown sugar in pie plate.
  5. Add bacon, 1 slice at a time; turn to evenly coat both sides of slice.
  6. Place on wire rack.
  7. Bake 18 min.
  8. or until crisp and golden brown.
  9. Meanwhile, cook onions in 2 Tbsp.
  10. dressing in medium skillet on medium heat 8 min.
  11. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  12. Add crushed pepper; cook and stir 1 min.
  13. Stir in remaining brown sugar and dressing.
  14. Crumble bacon.
  15. Place spinach in large bowl.
  16. Add half the dressing mixture; toss to coat.
  17. Top with fruit and bacon; drizzle with remaining dressing mixture.
  18. Serve immediately.
