Microwaved Sweet Sour Chicken Breasts Recipe

  1. Mix Bisquick, corn flakes, salt, paprika, pepper in a plastic bag.
  2. Moisten chicken with cool water and shake chicken in bag, one piece at a time.
  3. Arrange chicken, skin side up and thickest parts to the outside, in a square microwave dish 8 x 8 inches.
  4. Cover with waxed paper.
  5. Cook on HIGH 8 min; rotate dish 1/2 turn; cook 6 to 8 min.
  6. Place remaining ingredients in 4 c. microwave measure and cover with waxed paper.
  7. Cook on HIGH 3 min.
  8. Stir, cover again and cook till green pepper is crisp tender 2 to 3 min longer.
  9. Serve over chicken.
