BBQ Beef Brisket

  1. Rub liquid smoke over brisket and refrigerate overnigt
  2. When you are ready to cook, season brisket with garlic or onion salt and wrap in foil
  3. Bake 5 hours in a 300F oven
  4. Remove and allow to rest 10 min.
  5. Slice brisket against the grain
  6. Serve sauce seperatly
  7. Simmer all sauce ingredients together for 20 min.
  8. until mixture thickens
