Beef Cabbage Rolls/Clay Cooker Recipe
- 3/4 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1/8 lb Salt pork, grnd
- 1 c. Rice, cooked
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp Salt, pepper
- 10 lrg cabbage leaves
- 1/4 c. Consomme
- 2 Tbsp. Melted butter
- Soak lid of glazed clay cooker.
- In a bowl mix well all ingredients.
- Put into clay cooker.
- Cover and place in cool oven.
- Turn temperature to 425 F. and bake for 80 min.
