Feta & Olive Pasta Salad

  1. Mix oil, vinegar, and feta cheese in a small bowl.
  2. Add chopped onions, olives and tomatoes; set aside.
  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  4. Drain but do not rinse.
  5. Toss hot pasta with olive oil-cheese sauce.
  6. Divide into 4 equal servings.
  7. Complement each meal with 1/4 each of the baby carrots and sliced kiwis.
  8. COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
  9. Serve each person 1 water bottle with their meal.
