bread pudding rum sauce
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup half and half or heavy cream
- 8 tbsp butter
- 1/4 sugar
- 2 tbsp corn startch
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 small rum extract bottle
- beat eggs
- add all ingredients in a pot (except corn starch and rum extract) in medium heat
- stir continuously and add corn starch and rum extract.
- continue to stir and remove from heat but stop before sauce thickened too much
