Chinese New Year Crunch Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 (5 ounce.) can chow mein noodles or possibly 5 ounce. pretzel sticks
- 1 c. square rice cereal
- 1 c. peanuts
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees, heat butter in saucepan.
- Add in soy sauce, garlic salt and onion salt and stir with wooden spoon.
- Spread chow mein noodles, cereal and peanuts on jelly roll pan.
- Drizzle with butter mix and stir to coat.
- Bake 5 min; stir well and bake 5 min till light brown.
- Cold and store in airtight container.
