Chinese New Year Crunch Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees, heat butter in saucepan.
  2. Add in soy sauce, garlic salt and onion salt and stir with wooden spoon.
  3. Spread chow mein noodles, cereal and peanuts on jelly roll pan.
  4. Drizzle with butter mix and stir to coat.
  5. Bake 5 min; stir well and bake 5 min till light brown.
  6. Cold and store in airtight container.
