Rocky Road Freeze

  1. Line 9-inch round pan with plastic wrap; set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
  3. Gradually beat in milk.
  4. Add dry pudding mix; beat until blended.
  5. Stir in 2 cups Cool Whip and all remaining ingredients except wafers.
  6. Spoon into pan.
  7. Top with wafers; press lightly into cream cheese mixture.
  8. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Remove dessert 15 minutes before serving.
  10. Unmold onto plate; discard plastic wrap.
  11. Serve with remaining Cool Whip.Each serving provides: 0.5g trans fat, 6%DV vitamin A, 0%DV vitamin C, 6%DV calcium, and 4%DV iron.
