Fish in a Philly Crust
- 1 large (750g) snapper or 8 whole garfish
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (60ml) sweet chilli sauce
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley or coriander

- Clean fish and pat dry with paper towel.
- Blend Philly*, chilli sauce, spring onions and herbs until smooth.
- Spread over both sides of the fish.
- Place fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes for snapper or 10 minutes for the garfish or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve garnished with extra chilli sauce and spring onion.
