Fish in a Philly Crust

  1. Clean fish and pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Blend Philly*, chilli sauce, spring onions and herbs until smooth.
  3. Spread over both sides of the fish.
  4. Place fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes for snapper or 10 minutes for the garfish or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve garnished with extra chilli sauce and spring onion.
