Spanish Omelettes For Hanami (Cherry Blossom Viewing) Bento or Breakfast

  1. Prepare the vegetables.
  2. Cut the potato into 1.5 cm cubes and soak in water.
  3. Drain the excess water, and microwave for about 5 minutes.
  4. Wash the broccoli, and cut into florets.
  5. Microwave for about 2 minutes.
  6. Let it cool in water, and drain the excess water.
  7. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  8. Cut the wiener sausages into thin rounds.
  9. Slice the onion.
  10. Saute in a small amount of oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  11. Make the egg mixture: Beat the eggs, add the heavy cream and milk, then season with salt and pepper.
  12. Add the sauteed onion into the egg mixture.
  13. Put the onion that is coated in the egg mixture into paper or aluminium tart cups.
  14. Arrange the broccoli, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and wiener sausages.
  15. Pour in the egg mixture.
  16. Pour the aurora sauce (ketchup and mayonnaise) on top.
  17. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180C.
  18. I used crispy wiener sausages.
