Veal With Wine Recipe
- Veal (5 to 6 pcs)
- 1 sm. onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 c. water
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 1.
- Lb.
- and flour veal.
- Brown in lightly oiled pan.
- 2.
- Remove veal to plate.
- 3.
- To frying pan add in: finely minced onion and garlic, bouillon, water, wine, and oregano.
- 4.
- Add in meat to pan.
- Simmer 1 hour.
- 5.
- Cold and chill (preferably overnight).
- 6.
- Next day, add in a little more wine and heat.
- Serve over rice.
