Veal With Wine Recipe

  3. and flour veal.
  4. Brown in lightly oiled pan.

  6. Remove veal to plate.

  8. To frying pan add in: finely minced onion and garlic, bouillon, water, wine, and oregano.

  10. Add in meat to pan.
  11. Simmer 1 hour.
  12. 5.
  13. Cold and chill (preferably overnight).
  14. 6.
  15. Next day, add in a little more wine and heat.
  16. Serve over rice.
